Boru Ramen and Poke Bar has come out of years of experience in operating, managing, and duplicating multiple restaurant concepts. Our goal is to bring you authentic southern Japanese style ramen in a fast paced and casual environment.

Great Ramen! The spicy chicken Ramen was incredible. I went here a few days after having my wisdom teeth removed and the staff took care of me, they cooked the noodles extra to be sure they were soft enough to eat and minced all the toppings so they were easier to eat. 10/10 would recommend. Staff was also incredible friendly and genuine.

I was honestly really pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic. The noodles were thin and I typically prefer thick noodles but these were great! The broth was very rich and flavorful. The eggs were perfect. The price was amazing for how great the food was. The young man behind the counter was very friendly. I will definitely be back.

The ramen was so delicious I could cry. I am a vegetarian, and vegetable broth and tofu for protein is offered. I built my own bowl with tofu, vegetable broth, egg (delicious soft boiled!), beans sprouts, brussel sprouts, and mushrooms plus extra protein. The portion size was great and it was such a satisfying meal.The employee at the counter was incredibly nice, and the atmosphere is relaxing, intimate, and cozy. The place is visually lovely both with the murals on the wall, the little drawings of beloved manga characters decorated around, and the amazing bathroom covered with manga panels from beloved series and iconic scenes from those series! I had an incredible experience, and I cannot praise this place enough! Definitely a new favorite, and I'll definitely be back!
